The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to the List of Passers: Pharmacists Licensure Examination PhLE October 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools on or before October 21, 2026.

Initial Registration for List of Passers: Pharmacists Licensure Examination PhLE October 2026

The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.

  • Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
  • Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
  • One (1) piece short brown envelope.

Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Pharmacists Licensure Examination PhLE October 2026)

The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where they took their licensure examination.

Licensure Examination Coverage (List of Passers: Pharmacists Licensure Examination PhLE October 2026):

The PRC provided the covered topics for the licensure examination.

  • For the Pharmacist Licensure Examination, first-time takers must submit an original and photocopy of the Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract for married female applicants unless the maiden name is preferred, Certificate of Good Moral Character from the barangay, church, school/university, or employer, a valid NBI Clearance with at least six months validity at the time of application, an original or certified true copy of the BS Pharmacy Transcript of Records, and an original Certificate of Completion of the internship program signed by the dean/program head. The internship certificate must detail the required rotations: Institutional Pharmacy – 120 hours, Public Health and Regulatory Pharmacy – 180 hours, Community Pharmacy – 300 hours, Hospital Pharmacy – 300 hours, and Industrial Pharmacy – 300 hours, including the internship site, inclusive dates, and hours completed. Repeaters need a Certificate of Good Moral Character and valid NBI Clearance, while applicants with three failures must additionally submit a Certificate of Completion of the Refresher Program. For foreign graduates, a CHED Certificate of Equivalency and additional Good Moral Character documentation are required, while SPLE applicants must submit a Good Moral Character Certificate from a Philippine Professional Organization, Migrant Workers Office, or Philippine Embassy.
