The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will release the List of Passers: CSE-PPT Professional and Subprofessional August 2025 Exam Results, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools on or before October 13, 2025.

The Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System or the OCSERGS will generate the individual rating, which can be accessed through the Civil Service Website, as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.

The CSC provided the covered topics for the examination:
1. Professional Level – In English and Filipino
- Numerical Ability (Basic Operations; Word Problems)
- Analytical Ability (Word Association – identifying assumptions and conclusions; Logic; Data Interpretation)
- Verbal Ability (Grammar and Correct Usage; Vocabulary; Paragraph Organization; Reading Comprehension)
2. Subprofessional Level – In English and Filipino
- Numerical Ability (Basic Operations; Word Problems)
- Clerical Ability (Filing; Spelling)
- Verbal Ability (Grammar and Correct Usage; Vocabulary; Paragraph Organization; Reading Comprehension)
The general information items on the following: Philippine Constitution; Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713); Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts; and Environment Management and Protection are also included for both professional and sub-professional exams. For Professional level, 170 items in a 3 hours and 10 minutes time will be given.
For Sub-Professional level, 165 items in a 2 hours and 40 minutes time.

Online Test Results
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Results Generation System (OCSERGS) by 25 October 2025(2). To use the OCSERGS, examinees should encode/fill in the required data under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, and place of examination), accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format.
