The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to the List of Passers: Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination MetELE October 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools on or before October 26, 2026.

Initial Registration for List of Passers: Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination MetELE October 2026

The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination MetELE October 2026)

The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where they took their licensure examination.

Licensure Examination Coverage (List of Passers: Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination MetELE October 2026):

The PRC provided the covered topics for the licensure examination.

The Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination covers three major subjects. Metallurgy I, which accounts for 35% of the total examination, includes Mineral Processing, Pyrometallurgy, Hydrometallurgy, and Electrometallurgy. This subject focuses on the processing and extraction of minerals and metals through physical, thermal, chemical, and electrochemical methods.
Metallurgy II, also weighted at 35%, covers Physical Metallurgy, Adaptive Metallurgy, Mechanical Metallurgy, Metal Characterization and Metallography, and Metal Degradation and Failure. This subject encompasses the physical and mechanical properties of metals, metallurgical processes, metal structures and characterization, and the analysis of corrosion, deterioration, and material failure.

Metallurgy III, which comprises 30% of the total examination, includes Assaying and Chemistry, Fuel Technology and Refractory Science, Metallurgical Law, Jurisprudence and Ethics, Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, Engineering Management and Economics, Metallurgical Plant Operation and Practice, and Metallurgical Plant Design. This subject covers analytical and chemical methods, fuels and refractory materials, professional laws and ethical responsibilities, mathematical and mechanical applications, engineering management, plant operations, and metallurgical facility design.
The examination is scheduled for October 20–22, 2026, with Metallurgy I on October 20, Metallurgy II on October 21, and Metallurgy III on October 22. Each examination subject is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Examinees must also review the general instructions, required examination materials, and prohibited items specified in the official PRC examination program.
