The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the List of Passers: Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination RECLE October 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools on or before October 09, 2026.
Initial Registration for List of Passers: Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination RECLE October 2026
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination RECLE October 2026)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where they took their licensure examination.
Licensure Examination Coverage (List of Passers: Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination RECLE October 2026):
The PRC provided the covered topics for the licensure examination.
The examination therefore covers four major areas: Fundamentals of Real Estate Consulting (30%), Professional Consultancy Practice (30%), Project Feasibility Study (20%), and Defense/Revalida of the PFS (20%). The written examination concentrates on consulting fundamentals, professional standards and ethics, real estate finance and economics, land management and property laws, consulting techniques, investment analysis, specialized property consulting, distressed properties, leasing and buying analysis, technical communication, EIA, current events, and case studies. The Revalida component focuses on preparing and defending a real estate development–related Project Feasibility Study covering market, financial, social/community, and environmental aspects, together with recommendations and conclusions.
