The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the Pharmacist Licensure November 2023 Examination Results held on November 2-3, 2023, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools on November 8, 2023.
Initial Registration for Registered Pharmacist
On December 13 – 15, December 18 – 22, December 26 – 29, 2023 and January 2 – 3, 2024, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating for Registered Pharmacist
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. It will be announced the exact date of face-to-face or virtual oath-taking later. Furthermore, the inductees are required to bring either the vaccination card or the negative PT-PCR results taken within 48 hours prior to the schedule of oath-taking. Don’t forget to confirm the attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where it took their licensure examination.

- Pharmaceutical Chemistry (20%)
- Pharmacognosy (15%)
- Practice of Pharmacy (17.5%)
- Pharmacology-Pharmacokinetics (15%)
- Pharmaceutics (17.5%)
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (15%).
