The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the Room Assignments: Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE September 2026. The exam will be on September 26 and 27, 2026, in the cities of NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

The List of Requirements for Civil Engineers states that first-time applicants must submit their PSA Birth Certificate and, for married female applicants, a PSA Marriage Contract. They must also submit their Transcript of Records (TOR) with a scanned picture and the remark “For Board Examination Purposes.” In addition, a valid NBI Clearance and two Certificates of Good Moral Character are required.
The two Certificates of Good Moral Character may be obtained from any of the following: Barangay, Church, School, or Employer. The examination fee for a complete examination is ₱900.00.
For repeaters, applicants are required to submit a PSA Marriage Contract for married female applicants, a valid NBI Clearance, and two Good Moral Character Certificates for Repeaters. The payment for a complete examination is ₱900.00.

The specific dress code for the male and female examinee is without any logo or plain tuck-in polo t-shirt and a white blouse or shirt with a collar. Both examinees are advised to wear comfortable slack or decent pants.

- Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, wireless earplugs, and other electronic devices that are used for communication.

Coverage of the Exam (Room Assignments: Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE September 2026)
The September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) will cover three major subjects. Principles of Structural Analysis and Design accounts for 35%, covering Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Theory of Structures, Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete, Steel Structures, Footings, Materials Testing, and governing codes.
Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods accounts for 35%. It includes Calculus, Differential Equations, Engineering Data Analysis, Numerical Methods, Physics, Economics, Construction Surveying and Layout, Highway and Transportation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Management.
Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering accounts for the remaining 30%. It covers Fluid Properties, Hydrostatics, Fluid Flow, Buoyancy, Hydrodynamics, Water Supply, Soil Properties and Classification, Soil Flow and Stresses, Soil Strength, Bearing Capacity, Compaction, Consolidation and Settlement, Lateral Earth Pressures, and Slope Stability.
