The exam will be on September 29 & 30, 2025 in the cities of NCR, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, and Tuguegarao. The Resolution No. 2077 s.2025 – Removing Butuan and Tacloban as Testing Centers and Conducting Full Computer-Based Modality in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales and Tuguegarao.
Things to Prepare and Bring during the Examination Day
- Notice of Admission
- Official Receipt
- Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
- Ball pens with BLACK ink only
- One (1) piece long brown envelope
- One (1 ) piece Long Transparent (non-colored) Plastic Envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items).
- Negative RT-PRC Test Results or copy of vaccination card.
