The requirements for the Veterinary Medicine Licensure Examination include a PSA birth certificate, PSA marriage contract for married female applicants, Transcript of Records (TOR) with a scanned picture and the remark “For Board Examination Purposes,” and a valid NBI clearance for first-time and repeat applicants. The examination fee is ₱900 for complete examinees and ₱450 for conditioned/removal examinees.

- Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, wireless earplugs, and other electronic devices that are used for communication.
- Bags of any kind.

The Computer-Based Veterinary Medicine Licensure Examination is scheduled for November 4–6, 2026. The nine subjects include Veterinary Anatomy, Pharmacology, Medicine, Zootechnics, Physiology, Pathology, Parasitology, Microbiology and Public Health, and Surgery, with relative weights ranging from 10% to 14%.
