Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE November 2023 Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE results held on November 17-18, 2023, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools on November 25, 2023.

Initial Registration for Registered Civil Engineers

On February 7 – 9, February 12 – 16, February 19 – 23, February 26 – 29, March 1, March 4 – 8, and March 11 – 12, 2024, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.

  • Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
  • Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
  • One (1) piece short brown envelope.

Verification of Rating for Civil Engineers

The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new RM professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. It will be announced the exact date of face-to-face or virtual oath-taking later. Furthermore, the inductees are required to bring either the vaccination card or the negative PT-PCR results taken within 48 hours prior to the schedule of oath-taking. Don’t forget to confirm the attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where it took their licensure examination.
