The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the List of Passers: CELE March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination Results, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools on or before April 07, 2026.
Initial Registration for List of Passers: CELE March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination Results
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: CELE March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination Results)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new RM professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm the attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where it took their licensure examination.

- Principles of Structural Analysis and Design covers Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Theory of Structures, Reinforced Concrete Beams and Columns, Prestressed Concrete Beams, Steel Beams, Columns and Connections, Footings, Construction Materials Testing, and the application of the Governing Codes of Practice.
- Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods cover Calculus, Differential Equations, Engineering Data Analysis, Numerical Methods, Physics for Engineers, Economics, Construction Surveying and Layout, Materials for Construction, Highway Engineering, Construction Occupational Safety and Health, Transportation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Management Principles and Methods.
- Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering cover Fluid Properties, Hydrostatics, Fluid Flow, Buoyancy and Flotation, Relative Equilibrium of Liquids, Hydrodynamics, Water Supply, Soil Properties, Soil Classification, Fluid Flow through Soil Mass, Stresses in Soil Mass, Soil Strength and Tests, Bearing Capacity, Compaction, Consolidation and Settlement, Lateral Earth Pressures, and Slope Stability.
