The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the List of Passers: Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE September 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools on or before October 02, 2026.
Initial Registration for List of Passers: Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE September 2026
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Civil Engineers Licensure Examination CELE September 2026)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new RM professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where they took their licensure examination.
Licensure Examination Coverage (List of Passers: Nurses Licensure Examination NLE September 2026):
The PRC provided the covered topics for the licensure examination.
The September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) will cover three major subjects. Principles of Structural Analysis and Design accounts for 35%, covering Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Theory of Structures, Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete, Steel Structures, Footings, Materials Testing, and governing codes.
Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods accounts for 35%. It includes Calculus, Differential Equations, Engineering Data Analysis, Numerical Methods, Physics, Economics, Construction Surveying and Layout, Highway and Transportation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Management.
Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering accounts for the remaining 30%. It covers Fluid Properties, Hydrostatics, Fluid Flow, Buoyancy, Hydrodynamics, Water Supply, Soil Properties and Classification, Soil Flow and Stresses, Soil Strength, Bearing Capacity, Compaction, Consolidation and Settlement, Lateral Earth Pressures, and Slope Stability.
