The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the List of Passers: Dentist Licensure Examination Results DLE May 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools on or before May 20, 2026.
Initial Registration for List of Passers: Dentist Licensure Examination Results DLE May 2026
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination Results RMELE April 2026)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new RM professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm the attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where it took their licensure examination.
Licensure Examination Coverage (List of Passers: Dentist Licensure Examination Results DLE May 2026):
The PRC provided the covered topics for the licensure examination.
- The Dentist Licensure Examination (DLE) for May 2026 is composed of two major parts: the written phase and the practical phase, each covering essential competencies required of a beginning dental practitioner.
- The written phase, conducted from May 4 to 6, 2026, focuses on both foundational and clinical dental sciences. It begins with subjects such as General and Oral Anatomy and Physiology, as well as General and Oral Pathology, including Microscopic Anatomy, Embryology, and Microbiology. These areas emphasize the biological and structural understanding of the human body, particularly the oral cavity. It also includes Restorative Dentistry, Community Dentistry, and Public Health, which highlight preventive care, treatment planning, and the dentist’s role in community health.
- On the second day, the examination shifts toward clinical applications, covering Prosthodontics—including fixed, removable, and complete dentures—as well as Dental Materials, which test the examinee’s knowledge of restorative and prosthetic procedures and the materials used in them. Additional subjects include Roentgenology, Oral Diagnosis, and Oral Surgery, which assess diagnostic skills and surgical principles, alongside Anesthesiology and Pharmacology, focusing on pain management and drug administration. On the final day, the written exam includes Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Dental Jurisprudence and Ethics with Practice Management, and Periodontics and Endodontics, ensuring that examinees are knowledgeable in specialized dental care, legal responsibilities, and the management of dental practice.
- The practical phase, conducted from May 11 to 14, 2026, evaluates the clinical and technical skills of the examinees. On the first day, the focus is on operative and prosthodontic procedures. In Restorative Dentistry, examinees are required to perform Class I and Class II cavity preparations on posterior teeth using typodont models, without placing fillings. In Fixed Partial Denture procedures, they prepare two abutments for a porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge, demonstrating precision and proper tooth reduction. The same day also includes the design of a Removable Partial Denture, where examinees must prepare a master cast, survey abutment teeth, create a framework design, and complete a laboratory prescription, reflecting their ability to plan prosthetic treatments.
- On the second day of the practical phase, the examination focuses entirely on Complete Denture fabrication. Examinees are required to perform a series of procedures, including creating diagnostic and master casts, fabricating individual trays, preparing trial denture bases and occlusion rims, mounting casts on articulators, arranging artificial teeth, and performing gingival waxing or festooning. They must submit all required outputs, including mounted casts and trial dentures, demonstrating their competence in constructing complete dentures from start to finish.
- Overall, the DLE coverage integrates theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills. The written phase ensures a strong foundation in dental sciences and clinical principles, while the practical phase measures the examinee’s ability to apply these principles in actual dental procedures. Together, these components ensure that successful examinees are fully prepared for safe, ethical, and effective dental practice.
