The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the List of Passers: LET September 2025 Elementary and Secondary Licensure Examination for Teacher Results, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and performance of schools on or before December 18, 2025. 21,967 elementary teachers out of 43,035 examinees (51.04%) and 57,729 secondary teachers out of 79,493 examinees (72.62%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (L. E. P. T.)
Initial Registration for List of Passers: LET September 2025 Elementary and Secondary Licensure Examination for Teacher Results
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online are already posted below. Please see the full details. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: LET September 2025 Elementary and Secondary Licensure Examination for Teacher Results)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new RM professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. It will be announced the exact date of face-to-face or virtual oath-taking later . Furthermore, the inductees are required to bring either the vaccination card or the negative PT-PCR results taken within 48 hours prior to the schedule of oath-taking. Don’t forget to confirm the attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where it took their licensure examination.

Social Sciences – Philippine Government New Constitution with Human Rights, Philippine History, Basic Economics, Taxation, Agrarian Reform, Society, Culture with Family Planning; Rizal and other Heroes, Philosophy of Man, Arts, General Psychology and Information and Communication Technology - Professional Education (Prof. Ed.)
Teaching Profession, Social Dimensions of Education
Principles of Teaching, Educational Technology and Curriculum Development
Facilitating Learning, Child and Adolescent Development

Field Study and Practice Teaching - Specialized subjects were covered in the examinations for the specialization in English, Filipino, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Social Studies and Social Sciences, Values Education, MAPEH, Agriculture and Fishery Arts and Technology, and Livelihood Education.
