The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release the List of Passers: Librarians Licensure Examination LLE September 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools on or before September 08, 2026.
Initial Registration for List of Passers: Librarians Licensure Examination LLE September 2026
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Librarians Licensure Examination LLE September 2026)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new RM professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where they took their licensure examination.

- The coverage of the Librarians Licensure Examination (LLE) scheduled for September 2026 includes major areas of library and information science, namely Library Organization and Management; Reference, Bibliography, and User Services; Indexing and Abstracting; Cataloging and Classification; Selection and Acquisition; and Information Technology. These areas encompass essential knowledge and competencies in organizing and managing libraries, providing effective reference and user services, preparing bibliographic and indexing tools, cataloging and classifying library resources, selecting and acquiring appropriate materials, and applying information technology in library operations and services.
