The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to the List of Passers: Mining Engineers Licensure Examination MinELE October 2026, which includes the list of passers, topnotchers, and the performance of schools on or before October 19, 2026.
Initial Registration for List of Passers: Mining Engineers Licensure Examination MinELE October 2026
The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online will be announced later. PRC has advised the examinees to complete the following requirements and follow the steps in the initial registration. Therefore, successful examinees will be included in the Rooster of Registered Professionals.
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal.
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background with the complete name tag.
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
- One (1) piece short brown envelope.
Verification of Rating (List of Passers: Mining Engineers Licensure Examination MinELE October 2026)
The PRC has already conducted face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals. Successful examinees shall register no later than 12:00 noon before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Don’t forget to confirm attendance, whether virtual or face-to-face, in the regions where they took their licensure examination.
Licensure Examination Coverage (List of Passers: Mining Engineers Licensure Examination MinELE October 2026):
The PRC provided the covered topics for the licensure examination. The Mining Engineers Licensure Examination covers three major subjects. Mining Engineering I, which accounts for 35% of the total examination, includes Mineral Prospecting and Evaluation; Mine Planning, Design, and Development; Mining Methods; Mine Safety, Health and Ventilation; Rock Mechanics in Mine Engineering; and Environmental Protection and Impact Mitigation. This subject focuses on mineral exploration, mine development, mining techniques, workplace safety, rock stability, and environmental management.
Mining Engineering II, also weighted at 35%, covers Mine Valuation, Mine Management, Ethics and Mining Laws, Applied Mathematics and Surveying, Feasibility Studies, Computer Applications, and General Information. These topics deal with mine assessment and economic value, mining operations and administration, legal and ethical responsibilities, mathematical computations, surveying techniques, project feasibility, and the application of computer technology in mining engineering.
Mining Engineering III, which comprises 30% of the total examination, includes General Geology, Mineralogy and Petrology, Economic Geology, Structural Geology, Principles of Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Assaying, and Ecology. This subject emphasizes geological processes, mineral and rock identification, the economic significance of mineral deposits, geological structures, metal extraction principles, mineral treatment, analytical testing, and ecological concepts related to mining. The examination is scheduled for October 20–22, 2026, with Mining Engineering I on October 20, Mining Engineering II on October 21, and Mining Engineering III on October 22. Each subject is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Examinees should also review the official PRC examination instructions, including the required documents and materials, prescribed attire, permitted non-programmable calculators, and prohibited items.
