For the Chemical Technician Licensure Examination, the requirements are: PSA Birth Certificate; PSA Marriage Contract for married female applicants; Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR); valid NBI Clearance for both first-time and repeat applicants; and one Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following: barangay, church, school, or employer. Applicants who have completed less than 30 units of chemistry must also submit a Certificate of Work Experience in a chemical laboratory signed by a registered chemist. The listed payment is ₱900.00.

- Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, wireless earplugs, and other electronic devices that are used for communication.

Coverage of the Exam (Room Assignments: Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination CTLE October 2026)
The Chemical Technician Licensure Examination (CTLE) will be conducted on October 12, 2026, with the examination beginning with general instructions and form-filling from 7:00–7:45 a.m., followed by Analytical Chemistry (50%) from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., covering the practical aspects of qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis, and Organic Chemistry (50%) from 1:00–5:00 p.m., covering the fundamentals of basic and practical organic chemistry. Examinees must report to their assigned school/building before 6:30 a.m., bring their Notice of Admission, pencils, black-ink ballpens, required envelopes, packed food and water in transparent containers, and one allowed non-programmable calculator; programmable calculators, including the Casio FX-991ES and FX-991ES Plus, mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, bags, books, notes, and other unauthorized materials are prohibited.
